Introduction to Gabion Net: Gabion net, also known as stone cage net, is generally called ecological gabion net in China. Ecological gabion mesh is a new type of material structure that has been widely used in transportation, water conservancy, municipal, garden, soil and water conservation and other engineering projects in recent years. Ecological grid is made by mechanically twisting and weaving the anti-corrosion, wear-resistant and high-strength low-carbon high-galvanized steel wire or 5%- to 10% aluminum-zinc thin alloy coated steel wire (or the same type of polymer-coated steel wire) into a multi-twisted, hexagonal mesh sheet. The length of the double-twisted part should be no less than 5cm to avoid damaging the protective coating of the steel wire.

National standard requirements for gabion nets:
Delusion size requirements: 2X1X1m, 2X1X0.5m.
Mesh size: 80X100mm, 100X120mm.
Wire diameter on the drawing: 2.5mm,2.7mm, 2.5/3.5mm,2.7/3.7mm.
Material requirements for the drawing: Hot-dip galvanizing, galvanizing weight ≥245g; 5% aluminum-zinc alloy ≥245g; 10% aluminum-zinc alloy.
(All dimensions other than those mentioned above can be customized with the manufacturer.)
Gabion mesh gabion refers to a hexagonal steel wire mesh structure made by machine weaving low-carbon steel wire with surface treated by hot-dip aluminizing and zinc alloy. The mesh is filled with block stones or pebbles of certain specifications and is used in embankment management, slope protection and other projects. It is a flexible structure, featuring four major advantages: overall flexibility and firmness, good water permeability, durability, and being conducive to vegetation growth.
